Individual Assignment – PM

The individual assignment for Project Management module involved preparation of schedule for construction project of water pump station. We had to make a number of assumptions and do the scheduling using Gantt chart in Microsoft Project.

It was quite tricky, as a lot of assumptions need to be made and a lot of research and knowledge is required all round before making the assumptions.

However, we learned how to effectively use Microsoft Project to create Gantt charts and various tools in it.
